Capital Investments in the Market for Renewable Energies
We are involved with the project development of larger systems for renewable energies. The returns from these systems generally come to over 10 %, before depreciation and tax.
A proportion of the yields is legally secured for a term of over 20 years by the German renewable energy sources act (Erneuerbare Energien Gesetz – EEG). Another proportion is secured – also for over 20 years – by the contractually binding heat concept with companies, local authorities and communal facilities.
